Puzzlemental have a nice tutorial on how to play and even a practice mode. We recommend you to read the tutorial and try practice mode before playing. Then it's so much easier to play Puzzlemental.

To be able to score a lot of points in this game you have to learn which element will destroy or be destroyed by another. The elements are: fire, water, earth and air.
Select a element resource from the resource counters, and tap the group of elements you are going to destroy. But remember, you don't have endless of a element resource, if you run out, you'll lose.

Puzzlemental have only one mode, and that's Frenzy mode. In frenzy mode you have to score as many points as possible within 60 seconds. If you're really fast, you can get speed bonuses.

Puzzlemental can be very hard to begin with, but with just a little bit of practice you're a champion in no time. This game is very addictive and challenging.
